This policy explains what QR-Pro ("we", "us") collects when you use the platform, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to the QR-Pro website, dashboard and the public catalog pages generated from your QR codes.
1. Information we collect
Account information
- Name, business name, email address and phone number
- Business address and country
- The IP address used when you registered
- Your chosen package, plan and subscription status
Authentication data
- Your password, stored only as a one-way hash - we cannot read it
- Email verification codes and password reset tokens, which expire
- Two-factor authentication settings and recovery codes, where enabled
- Session records, so you can be signed out after inactivity
Content you upload
- Logos, profile images, backgrounds and product or property photos
- Catalog content: categories, items, descriptions, prices and availability
- Business hours, social media links and map location
Your customers' information
When someone orders, books or registers through your catalog, we store what that flow collects on your behalf - typically name, email address, phone number, order or booking details, and any message they send you. Tourism and transport modules may additionally hold documents you or your customer upload.
Billing information
- Package, add-on and subscription records, and payment history
- Wallet balance and credit purchases
- We do not store full card numbers. Card payments are handled by the payment provider you choose; we keep only the transaction reference and result they return to us.
Technical and security data
- IP address, browser and device information
- Pages and catalogs viewed, and QR scan events
- Access logs, activity logs and error logs
- Security events, including failed sign-ins and blocked requests
2. Why we use it
- To create and run your account and generate your catalogs and QR codes
- To deliver orders, bookings and enquiries to you
- To take payment and manage subscriptions, add-ons and renewals
- To send service email: verification, password resets, receipts and notifications
- To show you analytics about how your catalogs are performing
- To keep the platform secure, detect abuse and enforce our terms
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
3. Cookies and sessions
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and local browser storage for small conveniences such as remembering a selected tab or an unsent draft. These are necessary for the dashboard to work. Blocking them will prevent you from signing in.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the parties needed to run the service:
- Payment providers - to process the payments you initiate
- Email delivery - to send verification, reset and notification email
- Hosting - the servers the platform runs on
- Billing systems - where your account is provisioned through a reseller or billing platform
- Authorities - where we are legally required to, or where we are investigating fraud or illegal activity
5. Automated security decisions
To protect the platform, repeated suspicious requests from an IP address can result in that address being blocked automatically for a period of time. This is a security measure, not a judgement about you, and it lifts on its own. If you believe you have been blocked in error, contact support@techsolutionsnam.com.
6. How long we keep it
- Account data - for as long as your account is open
- Catalog and customer records - until you delete them, or your account is closed
- Billing records - kept as long as tax and accounting rules require, even after closure
- Security and access logs - kept for a limited period for investigation and abuse prevention
When an account is closed or deleted, its catalogs stop resolving and the associated records are removed, other than anything we must retain for legal or accounting reasons.
7. How we protect it
- Traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS
- Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, never in readable form
- Optional two-factor authentication on your account
- Automatic blocking of repeated suspicious requests
- Access logging and audit trails on administrative actions
- Sensitive application directories are not reachable from the web
No system is perfectly secure. Keep your password private, enable two-factor authentication, and tell us immediately if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong - most of it you can edit yourself in your dashboard
- Delete your account and its data, subject to records we must keep
- Stop sending you non-essential email
Write to support@techsolutionsnam.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
9. Children
QR-Pro is a business tool and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly create accounts for anyone under 18. If you believe a child has registered, contact us and we will remove the account.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the platform changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Significant changes will be communicated through the dashboard or by email.
