Who may use QR Pro

• You must be 18 or older and authorised to act for the business you register.
• You must give accurate registration details and keep them up to date.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• Keep your password confidential and tell us at once about any unauthorised use.
• One person or business per account. Accounts may not be shared or resold without our written agreement.

Plans, add-ons and payment

• Features and limits depend on your package and any add-ons you hold.
• Subscriptions run for the period you select and continue until cancelled.
• Add-on requests are reviewed before activation. Requesting one does not charge you automatically.
• Prices may change. We give notice before a change affects your renewal.
• If payment fails or a subscription expires, your catalogs may be suspended until the account is up to date.
• Fees already paid are not refunded where an account is terminated for breaching these terms.

What you may not do

• Break any law, regulation or tax obligation that applies to you.
• Commit or facilitate FRAUD of any kind: fake listings, fake pricing, goods or services that do not exist, chargeback abuse, or taking payment with no intention of delivering.
• Launder money, or disguise the source or destination of funds.
• Sell or advertise anything you are not legally permitted to sell, including stolen, counterfeit, restricted or prohibited goods.
• Impersonate another person, business or brand, or misrepresent who you are.
• Publish content you do not own or have no right to use.
• Publish content that is illegal, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit.
• Send spam, phishing messages or malware, or harvest contact details for unsolicited marketing.
• Probe, scan, overload or attempt to bypass any security control, rate limit or account limit.
• Reverse engineer, copy or resell the platform itself.
• Misuse your own customers personal data, or collect more than you have a lawful reason to collect.

Illegal and fraudulent activity

• NO ILLEGAL OR FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY IS PERMITTED ON QR PRO, IN ANY FORM.
• Anyone can report suspected illegal or fraudulent use of an account. Every report is investigated.
• Where a report is credible, the account is SUSPENDED IMMEDIATELY while we investigate, which takes the associated catalogs and QR codes offline.
• If the activity is confirmed, the account is TERMINATED PERMANENTLY.
• Where the law requires it we will report the matter and provide the relevant records to the authorities.
• No refund is given in these cases.

Reports about your listings

• Customers can report any of your listings from its public page.
• You are notified and have 2 DAYS to respond.
• If you do not respond within that window, the report is escalated to our administrators, who will decide without your input.
• Outcomes range from dismissal, to a warning, to suspension or termination of your account.

Enforcement

• We may warn you and ask you to correct the problem.
• We may remove the offending catalog, listing or item.
• We may suspend your account and QR codes while a matter is reviewed.
• We may terminate your account permanently, subject to records we are required to keep.
• Serious breaches - fraud, illegal activity, attacks on the platform, or endangering other users - go straight to suspension or termination.
• You may appeal any decision to our support address.

Your content and your customers

• You keep ownership of everything you upload.
• You grant us the limited right to host and display it so the service can function.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your prices, availability and descriptions.
• You are responsible for fulfilling the orders and bookings you accept.
• You are responsible for handling your customers personal data lawfully and telling them how you use it.

QR Pro is a platform, not the seller

• QR PRO DOES NOT OWN, PRODUCE, INSPECT, ENDORSE OR VERIFY ANYTHING YOU PUBLISH. Your catalogs, listings, images, descriptions, prices and availability are created and controlled entirely by you.
• Every sale, booking or enquiry is a contract BETWEEN YOU AND YOUR CUSTOMER. QR Pro is not a party to it, is not your agent, broker, seller or reseller, and holds no stock.
• We do not guarantee that any item you list exists, is lawful, is as described, is fit for purpose, or will be delivered.
• YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for your listings and your conduct, including compliance with consumer, tax, licensing, safety and advertising law where you operate.
• Where QR Pro is held liable because of something you published or did, you agree to indemnify us for that loss, including reasonable legal costs.
• We do not monitor or pre-approve listings. We act on reports: see the reports section above.

Service, liability and ending your account

• We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, lost data or indirect losses.
• You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service, your content, or your breach of these terms.
• You may close your account at any time. Your catalogs stop resolving and your QR codes stop working.
• We may close an account that has been inactive or unpaid for an extended period, after notice.

Privacy summary

• We collect your account details, the content you upload, your customers order and booking records, billing references, and technical data such as IP address and access logs.
• We do not store full card numbers. Card payments are handled by the payment provider you choose.
• Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes.
• Repeated suspicious requests from an IP address can result in that address being blocked automatically for a period.
• We do not sell your data. The full Privacy Policy is available on the website.
